TITLE 26
STATE BUILDING CODE ORDINANCE
1. ADOPTION
The Town of Goshen hereby adopts all of the provisions of the State Building Code for the Town and the terms of Chapter 354 of the General Statutes of the State of Connecticut as the same may apply to towns.
2. COMPLIANCE
After the effective date of this ordinance, all buildings and construction activity in the Town shall be in compliance with the State Building Code as the same may from time to time be amended.
3. EFFECTIVE
This ordinance shall be effective 15 days after its publication in a newspaper having a circulation in the Town of Goshen. (9-2-1970)
