AMENDMENT TO ASSESSORS ORDINANCE
BE IT ORDAINED BY THE VOTERS OF THE TOWN OF GOSHEN LEGALLY ASSEMBLED:
That the ordinance creating the Board of Assessors adopted on July 18, 1984 is hereby amended by:
A. Substituting November 1 for July 1 as the date of expiration of the term of office of the assessors.
B. Deleting the words “on an hourly basis” from Section 8 of the ordinance.
C. This amendment to the ordinance shall become effective 15 days after its publication in a newspaper having circulation in the Town of Goshen. (7-30-1985)
