TITLE 41
ORDINANCE PROVIDING FOR TOWN OF GOSHEN MEMBERSHIP IN THE
LITCHFIELD HILLS COUNCIL OF ELECTED OFFICIALS
Be it ordained by the Board of Selectmen of the Town of Goshen:
Section 1: Resolved, that in accordance with the provisions of Sections 4-124c through 4-124h of the Connecticut General Statutes, as amended, the Town of Goshen hereby agrees to form and join a regional organization to be known as the Litchfield Hills Council of Elected Officials.
Section 2: This ordinance shall become effective upon publication as required by law.
