AMENDEMENT TO PENSION ORDINANCE
“RESOLVED: to amend the ordinance regarding the Town Pension and Retirement System, adopted on July 1, 1979 and amended on July 28, 1999 as Follows:
a. Amend subsection (1) of paragraph 3 of the amendment of July 28, 1999 to read as follows: “the completion of five (5) years service with the Town”.
b. Amend paragraph 5 of the amendment of July 28, 1999 by inserting the language “at early retirement date” after the language “at normal retirement date”.
