TITLE 61
WINTER PARKING BANS
1. Parking is not allowed on and along any Town road between 8 p.m. and 6 a.m. from November 1 to April 1 of each year.
2. Parking is not allowed on and along any Town road during winter storms from November 1 to April 1 of each year.
3. The Board of Selectmen may institute a daily parking ban on and along Town roads to facilitate storm cleanup. Notice of this ban will be publicized through the local radio stations.
4. During winter storms, and when notice of a parking ban has been issued, the Selectmen may authorize removal of a vehicle in violation of this ban at the owner’s expense.
